WEST CORINTH—Graveside funeral services for Helen L. (Perkins) Perdue, 77, of 4223 Cookville Road in West Corinth who died Thursday, November 9, 2000 at Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness, Florida after a courageous battle with leukemia will be held July 3, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. in the West Corinth West Cemetery with Pastor Karl Kepler officiating. She was born in Bradford, Vt. on July 29, 1923 the daughter of Roy and Florence (Page) Perkins. She attended schools in Tunbridge. On January 16, 1939 she was married to Edward P. Perdue who survives. Mrs. Perdue was a homemaker and had assisted her husband with the Television sales and service business, Perdue TV of Bradford. Helen loved her family and will be sadly missed. They resided in West Corinth and since 1996 were seasonal residents of Inverness, Fla. She was a member of the Minerva Chapter Order of the Eastern Star where she was past matron and the First Congregational Church, both of East Corinth. She is survived by her husband Edward P. Perdue of West Corinth, Vt. and Inverness, Florida; two sons, Edward D. Perdue of Florida City, Fla.; and John G. Perdue of Washington; two daughters, Betty L. Osmer of Hill, N.H. and Doris L. Spiller of Lee, N.H, 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; one sister Eva Perkins, 3 brothers, Kenneth Perkins, Orville Perkins, and Paul Perkins, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Howard and a sister Jessie. There are no calling hours.
