Chosen as Outstanding Teacher
     George Moltz of Rochester has been chosen as this year’s Outstanding Teacher in the Windsor Northwest Supervisory Union. He will be among the other top teachers from around the state honored at Vermont Outstanding Teachers Day Oct. 17 at the University of Vermont in Burlington.
