Dorothy Niebling

Dorothy Niebling, 88, of Randolph Center, died Friday afternoon, March 28, 2003, at the Mayo Health Care in Northfield.

She was born Jan. 3, 1914, in San Francisco, Calif., where she grew up. She moved to East Randolph in 1946, settling in Randolph Center, in 1966.

She raised German shepherds and operated Hedgemere Kennels, selling dogs worldwide. She enjoyed showing dogs and collecting antique dolls.

She was married to John J. Niebling, who died in 1996.

Survivors include her son, Robert Niebling of Randolph; and three grandchildren, Josh, Jenn and Samantha.

Calling hours were held Tuesday, April 1, at the Day Funeral Home in Randolph. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
