Fri. & Sat., Dec 12 & 13

•"Holiday on Stage," a revue of music, dance and theatre featuring "Rockette-like" dance numbers, chanting by Vietnamese Monks, a theatrical production of "T’was the Night Before Christmas," and more, 7:30 p.m., Town Hall Theater, Woodstock. For tickets call 457-3981.

Saturday, Dec. 13

•The Brookfield Community Singers present their annual Holiday Concert and Caroling, 3 p.m. at the historic Pond Village Church, Brookfield (wheelchair accessible). Free admission, but donations are greatly appreciated. A reception follows the concert.

•Holiday concert by the Middlebury Wind Ensemble, a community orchestra with over 50 musicians, directed by Alice Weston, 4 p.m., Rochester High School. Free.

•"Songs of the Soul," presented by the Feminine Tone women’s chorus, 4 p.m., North Universalist Chapel Society, 7 Church Street, Woodstock. Tickets at the door.

•The Preservation Hall Jazz Band presents "Creole Christmas," featuring New Orleans jazz, sing-along holiday tunes and Southern spirituals, 8 p.m., Flynn Theater, Burlington. Tickets: 863-5966.

Saturday, Dec. 21

•"A Glorious Christmas," a Christmas cantata performed by the Pittsfield Federated Church choir and friends, directed and accompanied by Susan Bushnell. Two performances: 2 p.m. at the Pittsfield Federated Church, and 5 p.m. at the Community Church of Hancock & Granville, Hancock Town Hall.
