The folks at town hall are mulling over a mystery that arrived in the mail last week Wednesday.

The package, addressed to the town, came from Henryville, Penna. Inside was a pretty oil painting, with a label that noted the painting was a scene from Braintree Hill.

The label also indicated the painter was somebody by the name of Joe Cleary. So far nobody has discovered who Joe Cleary is and what is his relationship to Randolph.

Telephone information does list a Joe Cleary in Henryville, but his number is not made available.

The painting was gratefully accepted and is hanging in the town manager's office.
