•South Royalton Town Band Concert directed by Dick Ellis, 7:30 p.m., South Royalton Green. Rain site: United Church.

•Yankee Brass Band, a unique 25-member ensemble re-creates an historically accurate American brass band circa 1850, dressed in uniforms of the period, performing music of that time in an appropriate style and on original instruments; 7 p.m., South Royalton, Green.

Saturday, July 30

•"Yerba Buena," a New York band that blends funk, hip-hop, boogaloo, Afrobeat and Nuyorcuban soul; 3 p.m., BEMA outdoor performance space, Dartmouth College, Hanover, N.H. Tickets: 603-646-2422.

Sunday, July 31

•The Rochester Chamber Music Society presents Katherine Winterstein, violin; Linda Galvan, cello; and Cynthia Huard, piano; in a piano trio concert in memory of Marguerite Schenkman; 4 p.m., Rochester Federated Church.
