Montague Golf Course Opens
Its Rebuilt Front Nine Greens
     For the first time in more than a year, golfers will step up to the first tee at Montague Golf Course this Friday at noon, knowing they will play the entire Montague course—all 18 holes of it.

Opens Season

     The Legion Post 51 baseball team of South Royalton has opened their season. The home games will be held in Bethel this year due to extensive field work being done to the South Royalton field.

     The Randolph area softball and baseball Little League Organization held their end of the year picnic and fun day Saturday, June 24. The day started with the championship baseball game between the Red Sox and the Mets.

Post #3 Posts 1-2 Record During Week

     Legion Post #3, Montpelier, suffered two losses this week, with only 10 guys against Addison on Saturday , 14-4, and 11 players against Waterbury on Sunday, 7-6, but they defeated Waterbury on Tuesday 4-3.
