Michael R. Trask

BETHEL—Michael R. Trask, 34, of Bethel, died unexpectedly Aug. 29, 2006 at Gifford Medical Center in Randolph.

He was born Sept. 2, 1971 in Randolph, the son of Randy and Pamela (Stone) Trask.

He attended Bethel schools and graduated from Whitcomb High School in 1989. He worked as a self-employed contractor. He married Rita Gendron July 5, 1997 in Bethel. He was a practical joker and enjoyed home brewing, 4-wheeling, target shooting, fireworks and reading. He was a very generous man and an organ donor.

Survivors include his wife, Rita Trask of Bethel; his parents, Randy and Pamela Trask of Bethel; a son, Matthew Washburn of Burlington; three step-sons: Daniel Lamont of Randolph, Alexander Lamont of Walden, and Kyle Gendron-Gigure of Bethel; a sister, Sheila Trask, and her husband, Ian Brown of Bethel; paternal grandmother Corolyn Trask of Randolph; three grandchildren: Chantel Drury, Troy Lamont and Dylan Lamont; and a nephew, Tristan Brown.

Memorial services will be held Friday, Sept. 1 at 1 p.m. at the Trask residence, 1720 MacIntosh Hill Road, Bethel. There are no calling hours.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Day Funeral Home of Randolph.
