Saturday, Sept. 30

•"Waltz the Night Away" with live music by Chameleon, 7:30-10 p.m., plus short basic waltz steps class at 7 p.m., Hancock Town Hall, Rte. 100. Tickets at the door. Couples, singles, and families welcome, children under 10 admitted free with an adult.

Sunday, Oct. 1

•"Drumming and Dancing for Fun and Spirit," come with an instrument to play or just come to move, small donation requested, all levels welcome, bring the kids, 7-9 p.m., Barrett Hall, South Strafford. Info: 765-4059.

•Vermont Fiddle Orchestra’s fall foliage family dance and concert fundraiser, Unitarian Church, Montpelier (across from Kellogg Hubbard Library); dance 6-7:15 p.m., w/ the Vt.
