Joyce A. Warner RANDOLPH & WILDWOOD, FLA.—Joyce Ann Warner, 76, died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2006 at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H. She was born February 3, 1930 in Randolph, the daughter of Francis and Mae (Corse) Preston. She attended Randolph schools and graduated from Randolph High School in 1948. She married Roland Lackey in 1950. In 1958, she married Lester Welch. Since 1981, she had made her home with Keith Warner. They were married in 2004. She had various jobs, including working as a quality control inspector at Waterbury Plastics, in Randolph, for 28 years until retiring in 1989. She enjoyed weekly card games with the girls. She was quite artistic and enjoyed painting. She also played the organ and liked to sew. In Florida, she was a member of the Wayside Red Hat Society. She is survived by her husband, Keith Warner of Wayside, Fla. and Randolph; two sons: Philip and his wife, Marie Lackey, of Newbury; and Richard Lackey of Glen Falls, N.Y.; two step-sons; Ronald and his wife, Edie Warner, of Braintree; and Wayne and his wife, Karen Warner, of Randolph; two step-daughters: Teresa and her husband, Gary Bradley, of Braintree; and Debra Warner and her partner, Karen Slowinski, of Fairfax; a brother Elwin and his wife, Brenda Preston, of Braintree; two sisters: Shirley Porter of Weatherford, Texas; and Nancy Young of Bennington; three granddaughters: twins Carissa Lackey of Boca Raton, Fla.; and Katrina Lackey of Monroe, N.H.; and Christi Ann Lackey of Forte Ann, N.Y.; a grandson, Clinton Lackey of Vermont, a great-grandson, Kaiden Lackey of N.H.; six step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren, all of Randolph. She was predeceased by a son, Clinton Lackey. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 30 at 1 p.m. at the Day Funeral Home in Randolph, with Rev. Ronald E. Rilling officiating. Burial will follow at the Pleasant View Cemetery in Randolph. Calling hours will be Friday evening, Sept. 29 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Norris Cotton Cancer Center, 1 Medical Centre Dr., Lebanon, N.H. 03756.
