When Vermont Tech invited me to participate in their candidate forum being held this evening (Oct. 5), I had already committed to attending a different meeting that evening.

Since I cannot be in two places at once, Vermont Tech kindly allowed me to send written answers to their questions and these answers will be read at the forum.
