For Sidewalk?

There are 10s of thousands of Vermonters with no health insurance, and the lucky few who have it are paying through the nose.

Does anyone else question the appropriateness of Gifford Medical Center (a nonprofit) spending $50,000 to rebuild a town-owned sidewalk?
