I just read "Drive Them Out,"  your wonderful, impassioned editorial of Oct. 26. You have echoed my feelings precisely, and perhaps written them better than I could myself.

I am posting the entire column here on the bulletin board at Kendal-at-Oberlin for everyone else to read. It is a winner. I was especially struck by how you handled Rainville and Welch, complimenting them both while urging a vote against them.

I feel exactly as you do. For once, it really is the party affiliation that matters, not the candidate.
