Rich Tarrant Will
Make a Difference

We need a new tone in Washington, and there is no one better to address the corruption, stagnation, and cynicism that have infected many of our leaders than Rich Tarrant.

Like the much-loved Mr. Smith played by Jimmy Stewart in the old movie, Rich Tarrant is an idealist who will take his steadfast values and groundbreaking plans to a body of jaded career politicians. The same values that helped him build a company from the ground up and donate countless hours and millions of hard-earned dollars to Vermont charities will make a difference in the United States Senate and to our state and country.

He is hard-working, ingenious, and generous. He is seeing families struggling to pay for health care, a generation of children who will be stuck with a national debt they will not be able to pay off and played no role in creating, and property taxes that are forcing Vermonters out of their birthplace. In addition to sympathizing with Vermonters’ struggles, however, he has plans to move their lives in more promising directions.

Most of you are probably not aware that Rich plans to donate his Senate salary to charity, or that he plans to adhere to self-imposed term limits. Vermont is a lucky state indeed to have a candidate who is running for all the right reasons—to address the problems he sees and not for fame or fortune. Let’s not miss this opportunity to send the right man to the United States Senate who will start solving our problems. Join me, and thousands and thousands of other Vermonters, in voting for Rich Tarrant.
