'Creative Economy'
Public Forum Tuesday

What is the creative economy?

What does it mean for the Randolph area?

A public forum on the local creative economy will be held Tuesday, Jan. 30, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Gifford Medical Center, with refreshments served starting at 6 p.m..

This is your chance to work with neighbors and a resource team from around the state on using the creative economy perspective as a tool for economic development, said Helen Labun Jordan director of the Creative Communities Program. "Explore ways that the creative economy-which joins together cultural, community, and economic development-can strengthen your own initiatives and lead to new partnerships."

This forum is the opening round of the Randolph area's participation in the Creative Communities Program at the Vermont Council on Rural Development. More information is available online at www.vtrural.org
