Chelsea Boys Lose

The Chelsea boys hosted South Royalton last Monday and came away with a 39-37 loss. The game was a defensive contest with neither team allowing a lead of more then two or three points. It was a game that could have gone either way with both teams forcing turnovers and making lay-ups.

Chelsea made a final effort when Zeb Allen took the ball to the hoop and drew the foul with three seconds remaining. Unfortunately, the Red Devils settled for the loss.

Allen was Chelsea’s high scorer with 13 points. Chelsea falls to 5-3 and will host Craftsbury Friday at 6 p.m.
