Bowling Tournaments

The Southern Youth Bowling Regionals were held the first two weekends in December. First place finishers from Valley Bowl youth follow.

Boys Division A, all events, Cody Thurston. Girls Division B, all events, Brianna Mackay. Boys Doubles Division A, Andy Bent and Cody Thurston. Boys Doubles, Division B, Alex Easton and Josh Baumann. Boys Team, Division B, Ballerinas; Mixed Teams, Division B, Three Girls and a Freak.

State Finals

The State Youth Bowling Finals were held January 27 and 28 in Springfield, Vt. Local bowlers who finished in the top 10 spots for their Division are as follows.

Singles, Boys Division A, third place, Cody Thurston.

Singles, Girls Division A, first place, Kristen Gendron; fifth place, Kayla Crawford.

Singles, Girls, Division B, first place, Brianna Mackay; fifth place, Krista Warner; and Haley Hammond, ninth place.

Mixed Doubles

Division B: Kaitlin DeJoinville and Hunter Ladd, fifth; Haley Hammond and Kyle Hammond, ninth.

Division A: Justin Brouillard and Kristen Gendron, second; Kristy Tabor and Andy Bent, seventh.

Girls Doubles

Division B: Kristy Tabor and Kalie Warner, fourth; Sheyenne Miller and Haley Hammond, fifth.

Division A: Megan Morse and Kala Crawford, third.

Boys Doubles

Division B: Alex Easton and Josh Baumann, third.
