Town’s Support
Has Been Crucial
As board president of the Clara Martin Center Board of Trustees, I am writing to ask the support of Randolph voters on March 6.

The Clara Martin Center is celebrating its 40th year of providing community mental health services to the Randolph community and continues to contribute to the wellness of our citizens through strong mental health, substance abuse and community services.

The town support over the years has been needed to insure that services are available and accessible to our community. Historically the Clara Martin Center has requested $8,400 form the Town of Randolph, but we have reduced our request to $7,000 again this year to respect the budget constraints that are currently facing the Town.

Randolph town appropriation money is used to fund our Access Services, including our Walk-in clinic and 24-hour emergency service coverage. These services are not fully funded by other entities and town monetary support allows us to offer these comprehensive services to assist community members in accessing mental health and substance abuse services.

It has been a privilege to serve the Randolph community and we appreciate your continued support in our joint community efforts.

Arnold Spahn

Board President

Clara Martin Center
