Income Tax

I have been very interested in the case of Ed and Elaine Brown. We have not heard much about them here in Vermont. The case is of vital importance to all of us though.

With prices on fuel oil, propane, and gasoline going through the roof, we cannot afford to keep paying an unconstitutional tax to the state and federal governments. The fact is that the middle class is being squeezed out of existence. I have personally researched the income tax for about ten years and have not found a law that requires any American with domestically earned income to file or pay any tax on that income. The government is stealing from us! There is no reason for taking our money except to control us.  The Browns have offered property worth in excess of $1,000,000 to anyone who can show them a law.  I would think if there was a law, one of the fine upstanding CPA’s or tax attorneys practicing in the area would stand up show us the law and discredit the Browns. Funny how that has not happened yet!

What are you people waiting for? You people take an awful lot of money from your clients telling them how much you can save them in taxes yet you can’t seem to debunk a claim that there is no law. Anyone that has actually researched the issue knows the truth. You people that perpetuate the lie are complicit in an incredible scheme and should be disbarred and have your credentials revoked!

You cannot say someone owes tax because it says "from whatever source derived." The term "source" is defined as foreign income and has nothing to do with "domestic" income. IRS publications and instructions are not the "law"; the 16th amendment defines income as a corporate privilege. If we hear from any "tax professionals" your answers will be scrutinized and I will personally write a letter "debunking" your answers. There is no law!  We should not be afraid of our government; the government should be afraid of us!
