More People
Vote Australian

At the most recent Rochester School meeting, it was stated that there were more people at open meeting votes than by Australian ballot.

This turns out not to be true.

The average voter turnout in the last three Australian ballot votes was 326 with a high of 376.

Only 143 ballots were cast at the open floor vote this past week.

Looks like open meeting voting suppresses voter participation.
