Steven A. Reynolds

KEENE, N.H.- Steven A. Reynolds, 51, of Keene, N.H., died at the Harborside-Westwood Health Care Center Thursday, May 10, 2007 after a battle with cancer.

He was born in Randolph, December 15, 1955, the son of Stuart and Barbara (Allen) Reynolds.

He grew up and attended schools in Sharon, and was a 1973 graduate of South Royalton High School, where he played soccer and basketball. While he was attending high school he was employed by the Sharon Trading Post. For many years he was a bartender and after moving to Keene, N.H., in 1983, he was a self-employed house painter.

He was a member of the Keene Lodge of Elks #927, the Italian Club and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, #1413. He enjoyed his family and friends, fishing, playing golf and was an avid pool player and was a member of a local league.

Survivors include a daughter, Nicole J. Reynolds; and a son, Dylan E. Reynolds, both of Keene, N.H.; his parents, Stuart and Barbara Reynolds of Sharon; his maternal grandmother, Della Allen of Randolph; a sister and brother-in-law, Connie and Ted Durkee of Sharon; two nieces, Katie Dunn and Jenny Durkee, also of Sharon; plus his many special friends and extended family in Keene, N.H.

Funeral services were held May 15 in Keene, N.H. Burial followed at Pine Hill Cemetery, Sharon. The Foley Funeral Home in Keene, N.H. was in charge of arrangements.
