New Tax Appraisals

A reminder to Bethel taxpayers: Grievance notices were mailed out to everyone Saturday, May 19, following the completion of the town-wide appraisal. The mailing was in the form of a booklet on newsprint, which residents may not have recognized as an official notice.

This notice alerted property owners as to the new, appraised value, as compared to prior valuations.

For those who have questions or wish to appeal, informal hearings will be held June 4 and 5 at the White Church. Please call 802-234-6840 to make an appointment.
