Rachel DiStefano Col. Israel Converse Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution is proud to announce this year’s winner of the Good Citizen’s Award for Randolph Union High School. Rachel DeStefano has been chosen by her classmates and teachers as the senior who exemplifies the qualities of good character which the DAR emphasize—dependability, service, leadership and patriotism. Rachel was born and raised in Randolph. She is the daughter of attorneys Mark DiStefano and Maryann Zavez. Her step-mother, Bridget Asay, is also an attorney. She will attend Bates College in Lewsiton, Me. this fall. She is an avid athlete, having been active in varsity soccer and basketball. She has also been active in student government and served on the Student Council, also as vice president of the National Honor Society and as a student representative on the RUHS school board. She has been on the high honor roll each quarter throughout high school. ____________ |
