Opposed to Plan For Exit 4

I am opposed to the current proposal by the Randolph Planning Commission for the Exit 4 area. It would affect more than the exit area, one "of Randolph’s most scenic spots."

Development at Exit 4 will change the character of communities east and west. We must not allow business interests to build in that area.

Besides being unsightly by themselves, they would bring more truck traffic up and down the hill, objectionable operating hours, more noise and air pollution, certainly more road wear, and possibly lower property values along the route. The area’s water supply could also be depleted for profitable gain by a private company!

Do not pass this proposal.
