Joseph S. Voci TAUNTON, MASS.—Joseph S. Voci, 69, died Wednesday, July 4, 2007 at the Morton Hospital in Taunton after a lengthy illness. He was born and raised in Brockton, Mass., son of the late Nicola and Antoinette (Lamonica) Voci. He graduated from Brockton High School in 1956 and then served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was production supervisor at Brockton Sole & Plastics and retired in 1992 after 30 years of service. He enjoyed cruises and traveling, Italian cooking, opera and visiting museums. He was a former member of the Sons of Italy in Brockton. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Constance J. (George) Voci; four children, Jospeh S. Voci, Jr. of Randolph, Lisa Johnson of Taunton, Mass.; Patricia Oranellas of Bridgewater, Mass.; and Jacqueline Ramsay of Bellevue, Wash.; nine grandchildren, a sister, Teresa Celia of Brockton; and many nieces and nephews He was pre-deceased by two sisters, Beatrice DeGirolamo and Maryanna Terrazano. A funeral mass took place Saturday, July 7 at Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Burial will be at a later date at the Fairview Cemetery in Bethel. The Conley Funeral Home in Brockton, Mass. was in charge or arrangements.
