Ann LoCicero

BETHEL GILEAD—Ann LoCicero, 93, of Bethel Gilead, died early Tuesday morning, July 31, 2007, at Menig Extended Care Facility in Randolph.

She was born January 16, 1914, in Brooklyn, N.Y., the daughter of Harry and Lulu (Stull) Sofield. She was raised in Long Island, N.Y., where she received her education and Licensed Practical Nurse training. She worked for 13 years for Dr. Richard Greene in Freeport, Long Island, and New York City.

She married Roy LoCicero December 29, 1946, in Huntington, N.Y. and they moved to Bethel Gilead from Long Island in 1955. He died in 1999.

She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Green Mountain Gospel Chapel. She enjoyed reading, her church, working on her home, and gardening.

Survivors include her son, Richard LoCicero of Ft. Myers, Fla.; two grandchildren, Charles and Philip MacDonald; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband and seven brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Aug. 3 at 9 a.m. at the Green Mountain Gospel Chapel in Randolph, with Rev. Ronald E. Rilling officiating. Burial will follow at the Bethel Gilead Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
