Roger H. Pierce

RANDOLPH—Roger H. Pierce, 72, of Randolph, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2007 at Gifford Medical Center in Randolph.

He was born May 29, 1935 in Boston, Mass., the son of Chester B. and Ruth (Hayward) Pierce. He was raised in Glen Rock, N.J. and came to Randolph from there in 1950. He had been a quality assurance manager for Vermont Castings.

Survivors include his wife, Sally Pierce of Randolph; three sons, Christopher Pierce of Morrisville, Michael Pierce of Waitsfield, and Steven Pierce of Manchester, N.H.; and 11 grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a son, Barry.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family and there are no calling hours.
