Music Hall Turned Albert B. Chandler turned 167 years old Monday, and his Music Hall turned 100. The Vermont legislature officially designated the day as Chandler Center for the Arts Day. To celebrate the event, members of the board of the Chandler Center turned out to propose a tost to their founding father. A huge centennial program is being planned for the Music Hall and Gallery in 2007-8. It will include "Albert’s Big Bash/101 Premieres" on September 15, a program lasting from 3 p.m. to midnight and reprising something significant that happened each year of the 101 years of the Music Hall’s esistance.
