With the ever growing recognition of "you are what you eat," more and more people are questioning the conventional "wisdom" of our USDA, Agri-biz, mega corporate food suppliers and policies being implemented (often surreptitiously) in the name of food safety. The parameters of your freedom to choose what you consume is ever constricting.
