MUNFORDVILLE, KY.—Steven Jeffrey Blaise, 50, was fatally injured in a farming accident September 26 and died September 28, 2007. Born in Middlebury, he spent several years growing up and living in Central Vermont, including Randolph and Bethel. His parents were the late Albert L. and Evaden Blaise. He had been a resident of Hart County, Ky., since 1992. Survivors include his wife, Betty Jean, and two young children, McKenzie Jo and Austin Jeffrey, as well as a child not yet born. He also leaves a sister and brothers, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, and many other family members and friends.
