Navy Seaman Recruit Heather L. Cole, daughter of Diane E. and Lenn M. Cole of South Royalton, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. Cole is a 2007 graduate of South Royalton High School.

We hope Herald readers will let us know the names of their loved ones serving our country, that person’s local connection (whose son, daughter, nephew, etc. are they?), what branch of the military they’re in, where they’re stationed, their rank and specific duties.
