Jean Parker
Is Promoted
To Manager

Randolph National Bank announced this week that Jean Parker has been promoted to office manager in South Royalton.

Parker not only brings 15 years of banking experience to the office manager’s position, but she also brings a deep knowledge and understanding of the customers in, and around, South Royalton, according to a release from the bank.

She grew up and raised her family in Tunbridge, and she is active in the Chelsea, Tunbridge and South Royalton communities, having served as a coach for numerous basketball teams, from JV to women’s league. She has served on recreation committees, and has assisted with school clubs and various town fund raisers.

Jean started working at Randolph National in January of 1992 as a part-time teller. In 1995, with the graduation of her oldest daughter, Jean began working full-time, and she earned her senior teller status in less than a year. She was promoted to teller manager in 2002, and more recently, has served as the teller manager and customer service representative in South Royalton.

Parker has also attended many training seminars and workshops on banking practices and has worked on internal employee training programs, to help her co-workers learn about new software, products, regulations, and more. She played an integral part in the Bethel/Royalton office consolidation in 2004; the Williamstown office purchase in 2004, and the opening of the Quechee office in 2006. She assisted in training, helped organize the necessary supplies, and provided customer service support during crucial times in these projects.
