Will Sing at Three-Bean Cafe

On Friday, Nov. 16 at 4 p.m, members of the Sounding Joy! Youth Chorus will delight old and young alike at the Three-Bean Café in Randolph.

The chorus will perform a selection of rounds, folk songs, funny songs, spirituals, show tunes and Thanksgiving songs.

"The children presented this program last week at the Menig Unit of Gifford Hospital," said director Marjorie Drydale. "They sang their hearts out to the residents. They are truly ambassadors of good cheer."

The group will also perform at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 18, in Montpelier when they will join forces with the Kids Kabaret of Waitsfield, directed by Andrea Bonamico, and the Central Vermont Youth Symphonia, directed by Bob Blais, to perform at Montpelier’s Bethany Church.

This semester, the singers include Anais Dutton, Katrina Knopf, Sophia Dwinell, Abby Caswell, Philip Papp, Ethan Rotman, Shane Alvarez, Lily Myrick, and Olivia Myrick.
