Steven Cornell

JOHNSON—Steven S. Cornell, 50, formerly of Bethel, died unexpectedly Wednesday evening, Nov. 7, 2007 at his home.

He was born March 22, 1957 in Hanover, N.H., the son of Calvin and Alice (Blossom) Cornell. He graduated from Whitcomb High School in Bethel in 1975.

He was married to Maria Cornell for 27 years. He worked as a machinist for many years at Fellows Corporation and Velan Valve. He loved music and playing the guitar.

Survivors include his companion, Ruth Mansur of Johnson; two sons, Cal Cornell of Springfield, and Jason Cornell of Miami Springs, Fla.; and three grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a son, Seth.

Calling hours were held Monday, Nov. 12 at the Day Funeral Home in Randolph. Burial will be at the convenience of the family at Fairview Cemetery in Bethel.
