I would like to publicly honor the work of the Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice of Vermont and New Hampshire during National Home Care and Hospice Month.

For 100 years, this agency has been providing home-care and community-based clinics to our neighbors and friends. These programs allow people to remain in their homes where they prefer to stay.

Especially at the end of life, this compassionate, high quality service gives patients, their families and friends the care and support that makes every moment together a moment to treasure. The VNAH is a great asset to our communities.
