You wrote (12/27) on the possibility of a re-vote on the expenditure of the monies already bonded for a new town "hall," that the value of the old town hall is about $150,000. In checking with some local real estate people, their view is that the town hall's value is closer to $275,000 because of its prime location, adjacent parking, well maintained condition, and the size of the lot.
