New Correspondent
For South Royalton

The Herald’s new South Royalton correspondent is Caleb Byerly. He grew up in Vermont and graduated from South Royalton High School.

"I went on to Lyndon State College, where I wrote for the college’s weekly newspaper, The Critic," Byerly said. "I studied anthropology at Concordia University in Montreal in 2005, before receiving my B.A. in English and Philosophy from Lyndon State."

Byerly has lived in South Royalton off and on for a total of 16 years. He participated in the South Royalton Recreation Commission in the planning, petitioning, and construction of the skateboard park.

"I look forward to providing The Herald with the flavor of South Royalton and the wonderful character of its population," he says.
