Christmas Elves

On behalf of the Board of the Randolph Area Food Shelf it’s nice once again to note the kind of good news which makes this such a special community with the results of our annual Christmas food boxes project.

This year, under the superbly efficient and caring direction of Jack Cowdrey, over 100 full Christmas dinner boxes were packed on Dec. 20 in the St. John’s Parish Hall by some 30 volunteers.

After some 30 years, Jack with his band of elves has sure got this down! Among so many special contributions we also want to thank Sharon Rives for her tasty jams and the children of the Justin Morgan Christian School for the homemade loaves, but above all to so many who contributed over $5000 to make this happen. Well done, neighbors!
