Town Could Again
End Up in Court
Re: Randolph Municipal building

Where is the transparency?

It is dumbfounding to con-template what could be so secretive that the public, whose funds are at stake, are kept in the dark.

Does this selectboard have to be reminded that it derives its power only from the people and by the people? Taxpayers have a right to know the public’s business, and how it is being conducted.

Is the simple matter of the proposed Randolph Municipal Building so extraordinary, so irresoluble that the voters are again faced with continued recondite collaboration between elected officials and a single, private party?

The recent executive session appears to be even more collusive than the previous one. And, as a consequence, is headed for a repeat court challenge.
