Just the Bad

I write this letter not only as a mother but as a member of the community. I know this town has read the story or heard all their versions of my son’s story. We all know Stacey Colson; he has served this community as a businessman (Colson’s Tree and Lawn Service) for five years.

He has protected our home from fire, helped save lives, put his life on the line as a firefighter for your safety, never thinking of himself.

He taught fire safety to a lot of the kids in the local schools and spent 10 years in various fire schools to master the trade to help you all.

So I ask this community to remember my son has his side of the story, too. He would give his life to save yours, so give him some respect and not tear him down.
