Randolph Team Tennis
Begins Third Season June 3

Randolph Team Tennis will soon begin its third season of summer play at the newly re-constructed Randolph Village tennis courts on School Street in Randolph.

Anyone interested in playing should contact Chuck Webb at 728-4635 or chuckwebb1@comcast.net. It is not necessary to live in Randolph to participate.

Each team will play one match on either Tuesday or Thursday beginning on June 3 and concluding with consolation and championship matches on Aug. 12 and 14.

Two matches will begin at 6 p.m. with the third match starting as soon as one of the first matches is completed. Since the new courts have new lighting, darkness will not interfere.

A team captain or co-captains will be responsible for constructing team line-ups and communicating with team members. Each team will consist of one men’s doubles, one women’s doubles, and one mixed doubles match.

Every effort will be made to assemble the teams so that they are of equitable talent. Tennis players of all levels, certainly beginning players as well, are welcome to play, socialize, and have a good time.
