Self-Storage Units Are Opposed
     We oppose the construction of a self storage facility at the corner of Route 66 and Harlow Hill Road. A self storage facility at that location would degrade the value of the existing residential and business properties located on Route 66. Self storage units typically have no desirable architectural characteristics that would blend successfully with residential properties. It would not be fair to the existing residential property owners to allow a self storage facility to be placed at that location.
