Penguin Invasion A Good Thing
     On Friday, Dec. 8, the Sharon Elementary School was "invaded" by a large group of theatrical penguins. These talented actors presented "The Prince and the Penguin," a winter musical.

'Wonderful Gift' At Chelsea School Chelsea's gymnasium was packed last Wednesday for the school's Winter Concert:
     Tastefully decorated with a huge lighted snowflake, Chelsea's gym soon found younger children being led by their teachers to seats at the far end, middle schoolers were at the near end behind chairs and music stands ready for the instrumentalists. In the center were risers on which singers performed, while some evergreens and wrapped presents colored the sidelines.

Poetic Experiment Coming to an End
     As a year of my poems in the upper right hand corner of the Editorial Page of The Herald comes to an end, I'd like to express my gratitude to M. Dickey Drysdale for cooking up the idea and to Sandy Cooch for a year's worth of wonderful drawings that have made a rewarding duet of words and images.
