Friendly Vermonters Bill Floyd (who everyone knows and respects) and knows everything there is to know about wood stoves and other things, Patti at the Post Office, a local state trooper, an employee at Vermont Castings who was so helpful and has spent the last 25 years w/the company come this Friday, Sept. 5th, the 83-year-old fellow sitting on the bench, a younger woman who with her husband and family burn some 14 cord of wood and so, so many other Vermont residents who I met when I visited the Vermont Castings manufacturing plant—how fortunate you are and thank you for being so kind and courteous as well as helpful to this flatlander/city boy!
