News Of Area Service People

Spc. Theodore Church, son of Richard and Mary Ann Church of Royalton, is serving with the U.S. Army in northern Iraq. A 2002 graduate of South Royalton High School, he drives humvees, conducts missions, and does mechanical repairs on the vehicles.

The Herald staff is asking for news of military service people from our readership area, which we will run periodically in a "News of Area Service People" column. We hope Herald readers will let us know the names of their loved ones serving our country, that person’s local connection (whose son, daughter, nephew, etc. are they?), what branch of the military they’re in, where they’re stationed, their rank and specific duties.
