News of Area Students Marissa T. Meyer, the daughter of August and Patricia Meyer of Randolph, was elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa. Membership is one of the highest academic honors an undergraduate student can achieve. A graduate of Randolph Union High School, she is now a senior at Colby College in Waterville Maine, where she is a psychology major with neuroscience concentration. Erin Michaud, a 2003 graduate of Whitcomb High School and the daughter of Peter and Sherri Michaud of Bethel, was recently inducted into the Delta Alpha chapter of Tau Alpha Phi at the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Mass. Tau Alpha Phi is the national honor society for technology colleges. Erin was also given the President's Award for academic excellence and co-curricular involvement. She will graduate in August 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Facilities Planning and Management. | |||||
